SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Functional training in a small group setting. Whether it’s trimming, toning or gaining muscle, our program will improve your health and have you feeling great. Coaches customize workouts based on the group and different goals people may be wanting to achieve. You will see an improvement in your performance and receive attention from your trainer in a small group of no more than 6 people.
Large group functional and bootcamp style training. Get motivated in a larger group of no more than 12 people. Our coach designs workouts to help burn calories and get you feeling good.
